El vicepresidente electo de Colombia, José Manuel Restrepo Abondano, informó que sostuvo una reunión con Ilan Goldfajn, presidente del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID), y con la vicepresidenta Anabel González, encuentro en el que ambas partes avanzaron en una agenda de trabajo enfocada en el crecimiento económico del país.
Restrepo expresó su agradecimiento por la reunión y señaló que el BID manifestó su disposición de acompañar la visión de crecimiento del presidente electo Abelardo de la Espriella y la construcción de la Patria Milagro.
En el encuentro participo El ministro de Comercio, Industria y Turismo Mauricio Gómez Amín y se avanzó en una hoja de ruta orientada a acelerar la inversión, fortalecer las regiones, impulsar la infraestructura, la innovación y la competitividad, con el propósito de convertir esa confianza internacional en más empleo y mejores oportunidades para los colombianos.
El vicepresidente electo afirmó que el compromiso del gobierno entrante es volver a encender los motores de la economía para que el crecimiento se refleje en cada región del país, en las empresas y en la vida de las familias colombianas.

Vice President-elect José Manuel Restrepo Held Meeting with the IDB to Advance Colombia’s Economic Growth Agenda

The Vice President-elect of Colombia, José Manuel Restrepo Abondano, announced that he held a meeting with Ilan Goldfajn, President of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), and Vice President Anabel González, during which both parties advanced a working agenda focused on the country’s economic growth.
Restrepo expressed his gratitude for the meeting and stated that the IDB conveyed its willingness to support the growth vision of President-elect Abelardo De La Espriella and the construction of the Patria Milagro.
During the meeting, Minister of Commerce, Industry and Tourism Mauricio Gómez Amín participated, and the parties advanced a roadmap aimed at accelerating investment, strengthening the regions, promoting infrastructure, innovation, and competitiveness, with the objective of translating that international confidence into more jobs and better opportunities for Colombians.
The Vice President-elect stated that the incoming government’s commitment is to reignite the engines of the economy so that growth is reflected in every region of the country, in businesses, and in the lives of Colombian families.
